What Causes Excessive Sweating All Over Body In 10 Month Old?

has twin 10 month olds, boy and girl, girl tends to sweat on back, legs, feet, pretty much all over and feels clammy at times. concerning to me because my oldest two daughters has had heart surgeries as infants and i believe this may be one of the symptoms. i have not checked her heart rate as of yet, i have notified her pediatrician, however, am i being over protective or is this common?

Thanks for the query.

It may be normal due to increased sympathetic activity to any stimulus.
Hyperthyroidism, Diabetes, Congestive heart failure may be some of the reason if the child is not gaining weight adequately.
