Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please check your blood sugar while the time of attack. You may be going repeated episodes of hypoglycemia. other possibilities like hypotension or autonomic neuropathy or myocardial infarction etc. About tremors your not mentioned is it episodic tremors or continuous. Due to weakness you may be suffering from acute tremors. please check other possible causes for tremors like essential tremor or cerebellar tremors or parkinsonism tremors or rheumatological tremors or rubral tremors etc. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
