i have a few weeks ago had my thyoid med decreased from 135mg to 112 mg, i also am diabetic not on any meds but sugar has been higher recently, also i have been on a keto diet for the past month. i have been excessively sweating when i sleep, i am shaky alot and my vision blurs occassionaly.

Please check your blood sugar while the time of attack. You may be going repeated episodes of hypoglycemia. other possibilities like hypotension or autonomic neuropathy or myocardial infarction etc. About tremors your not mentioned is it episodic tremors or continuous. Due to weakness you may be suffering from acute tremors. please check other possible causes for tremors like essential tremor or cerebellar tremors or parkinsonism tremors or rheumatological tremors or rubral tremors etc. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
