What Causes Excessive Sweating And Tiredness?

My husband has been sweating excessively for the past week and feel tired. If he goes outside to work he comes in and his shirt is soaked with sweat. I took his blood pressure tonight and highest was 204/90 and the lowest was 152/77. I took it six times, three on each arm. It reads highest on his left arm. Should we be concerned?

Hello,

I do not know about the past medical history, but I recommend you to go to the hospital and do some routine blood tests, TSH, an ECG, a cardiac sonography.
With this values of blood pressure may be needed to start treatment for high blood pressure.
A little difference is normal between arms, but control may be needed, to exclude other unnormal conditions.
