Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Excessive sweating can be a sign of Hiperthyroidism. In your circumstances can be due to overdosing your thyroid hormone replacement therapy or Levothyroxine. My advice for you is to to the TSH test to understand if your actual symptoms can be attributed to your thyroid condition and if you need doses adjustment of Levothyroxine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
