What Causes Excessive Thirst, Frequent Vomiting And Urination?

my 23 year old son has been vomiting violently and has been dizzy for months. He says his head feels like it is on fire. He is extremely thirsty no matter how much he drinks. He urinates frequently. The color of his urine is light yellow. His bowel movements are pasty then pellet then water like. He shakes and is severely in distress. Been to the ER room twice 16 days ago where they said he was malnourished, and had a severe Potassium deficiency. They gave him I.v s of saline and Potassium. He has an anti vomiting medicine that is not working. Blood tests came back as nothing wrong. They released him. 1 day later, still sick. Went to family Dr. They took tests and said nothing wrong. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG. Dear God please help.
