What Causes Excessive Thirst With Dizziness And Abdominal Pain?

whats does this sound like , whats wrong with me?

so for awhile i have been super thirsty ,peeing a lot,dizzy,tired,pain in my abdomenem, i lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks without trying actually i was eating more than usual cause im really hunger all the time, i know that when you drink lots you pee but i was getting tired of peeing so much i didnt drink as much and i was still peeing like 4 times at night, i would fall asleep in class which i never do and i would sleep on the bus ride, my thrist cant be quenched no matter what, what is wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is too much urine you pass with thirsty feeling later on then it could be due to endocrine dysfunction and this needs to be ruled out second such symptom could be due to infection too, both of this needs clinical investigations hope this information helps.
