What Causes Excessive White And Yellow Vaginal Discharge With Mild Itchiness?

My clitoris has been in pain for a little over two weeks from masturbating with a shower head. After showering I got out and noticed a considerable amount of pain, swelling, and trace amounts of blood. These following weeks the pain has dulled slightly and hasn t bled, but I ve had a considerable amount of white and yellow discharge and slight itching. I went to an obgyn about a week ago, and was given a yeast infection cream and medication. They tested for other infections but the tests came up negative. Because I have religious parents I cannot disclose what I was doing, and can only say it was itching so I was washing myself vigorously. Do you think it is possible that I have a Haematoma? I m just very emotional and don t know what the best course of action is.

The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.

As of now, you can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
