What Causes Extreme Abdominal Pain Towards Right Side And Blood In Urine?

3 weeks ago i had visible blood in my urine a slight pain on my right side , was sent to the ER thet did aa ct with contrast no visible stones. after i completed 10 days of antibiotics painful after i urinate slight pain back on rite side but accompanied with massive extreme pain in abdoman feels like full blown labor the pain hits my abdoman lasts about 40 seconds then subsides only to return with a vengence. neg fever this time can you help me ???

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible continuing urinary tract infection or renal infection.
2. Get a urine microscopy. An ultrasound would be beneficial to evaluate for renal damage.
3. Take anti-spasmodics for pain. Further evaluation necessary.
