What Causes Extreme Bloating With Belching And Diarrhea?
Today is Monday, starting last Thursday night, I began to have stomach flu like symptoms. By Sunday I felt much better. Today, Monday, I had 2 pieces of pizza for lunch (at noon), since then I have been extremely bloated, passing gas, beltching, diarrhea, and I have heartburn (now 11pm). What could be going on?

You have problem of abdominal bloting and dihorrea that may because of consuption of infected food.
More acidity and gas problem may cause heartburn problem.
Simethicone drug help for gas relief.
After culture test start antibiotics under doctor 's suggestion .
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
