What Causes Extreme Constipation, Flaky White Substance Every Menstrual Cycle After Miscarriage?
After a miscarriage I have a flaky white substance every menstrual cycle. It s been nine months. It takes on a yeast feeling, however it goes away after two weeks of appearing. I had a DC&E but doctor said all went well. I have also been extremely constipated since also.

I really appreciate your concern, what the vaginal discharge you have may not be due to D&C but it seems to be fungal infection and I would be suggest to try Povidone vaginal suppository three times in day, ideally such case may need some work up like ultrasonography and routine blood urine test hope this information helps.
