What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Lightheadedness And Headaches?

I am extremely fatigued. I m just getting over a 4 day stomach virus. Have no energy and feel a little light headed when I get up from a lying position. Also having some mild headaches. Is this cause for concern? No fever or other stomach symptoms. Debbie Fortenberry

In my opinion these symptoms may be due to hypotension and dehydration.
Monitor your blood pressures.
Maintain adequate hydration and salt intake.
Avoid sudden change in posture.
