What Causes Extreme Fatigue In An Elderly Woman Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?

for the last 2 months I have been extremely tired very unusual for me. to the extent that I cant do regular activities.. I am 65, single female do not work, not that I have not tried to get a job but I know its because of my age. I am currently taking Lyrica for my Fibromyalga with which I was diagnosed several years ago. the tireness is awful.
