What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Loss Of Appetite And Low Feeling?

My sister is 50 she as hydrocephalus, arthritis, osteoporosis and is blind. She is currently experiencing extreme fatigue, loss of appetite and feeling quite down. Had blood tests and all fine. Coud it be to do with her shunt or e hydrocephalus. She has not had an epileptic fit for about 20 years.Thank you

so much debilitative disorders themselves has an anorexic effect and lethargy is all self explanatory. blindness doubles the odds. Her labs are fine.She eneds a psyhotherapy session to reach her normal possible limits. get her some
