Hello. I experience extreme fatigue (fall asleep, eyes roll back in their sockets, etc) as a bowel movement approaches. The fatigue is accompanied by overall malaise and flu-like achiness. Once I finally get the signal and do have a b.m. I wake right up and notice an almost immediate improvement in the other symptoms. This takes place on an almost daily basis and is quite debilitating. Have you ever heard or read about this combination of symptoms? I have been scoped up and down numerous times with no findings. Irritable bowel syndrome really doesn t cut it as a diagnosis.
