I have extreme pain in my upper leg muscles and forearms. This has progressively gotten worse. over the last couple years. There is no correlation to injury or physical activity. When I do try to go for my walk sometimes my legs feel intense pain. I also have lost a lot of physical strength the last 6 months
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns
I were your treating doctor I'd like to ask you some questions, your age ?daily activities?any medical disorders?..I prefer doing DEXA scan to assess bone density to assess osteoporosis. I advise you to receive NSAID when needed.
