What Causes Extreme Shooting Pain In The Stomach?

Hi, I just woke up in the middle of the night with an extremely bad shooting pain in my stomach that went from my ovaries to my intercostal muscles, I tried to get up and i couldn t stand up straight because of the pain, along with this I had lost all colour from my face, had a cold sweat on, a ringing in my ears started and I went all dizzy and could barely see, I m so worried as this had never happened before Before I went to bed I had a pain that felt like cramp in my ovaries but I m not on or due on so I just dismissed it and went to sleep
