What Causes Facial Spots With Redness After An Appendix Operation?

hi, my son had a appendix operation two weeks ago and fiished a dose of penicillin on the25th Oct. since 25th he has had small spots all over his face back and front. thoughts its been almost two weeks since the lst dose of penicillin, the spots are turning red and seem to be forming little clusters in places. please help

Hello,

It is not related to appendix surgery. Allergic reaction to penicillin is a possibility. If lesion persists better to consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.
