What Causes Failure In Losing Weight?

I am 15 years old 5 feet tall and 165 pounds, i understand i am obese and and i hate it... im always the fat girl and everyone else is so thin and pretty... i have been eating right and excirsing for over a month and a half now, eating tons of fruits and vegies and lots of water but i cant seem to lose any weight and i dont know whats wrong and why i cant lose that weight, ive actually gained weight from everything what can i do and what might be wrong with me.

Hello! Thank you for writing. I understand your concern. Do you have other sings except only not losing weight. I congrats you on having a healthy lifestyle. But remember you should eat everything except: fried foods, fast foods, processed food, because you are in a state of growing and you need a lot of energy and ingredients. Portion is very important. I recommend you to get a personalised diet by a nutritionist, that will help you a lot and you will soon see how your body will change for better without losing muscle. Exercise regurarly about one hour a day. Play basketball, volley, go to gym whatever you want. Thank you. Best regards.
