What Causes Fainting, Dry Mouth, Hotness When Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

I have hypothyroidism and it has caused weight gain amongst other symptoms. Earlier I was blow drying my hair, felt weak, and partially fainted, causing me to hit my head in the bathroom. Now I am hot and my mouth is very dry? Did I have a stoke or something serious enough to need me to go to the doctor?

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Dear user, Hi! you have hypothyroidism and so your metabolism has slowed down and you are facing all the problems of hypothyroidism. weight gain, constipation, fatigue, dizziness, tired attitude, dry skin, dry hair, dry mouth. have you started the treatment? if yes what is the dose? repeat your test after 6 weeks and see if you have attained normal thyroid status. if you feel better then nothing to worry but if symptoms persist then you must see your doctor.Regards!
