What Causes False Positive Digital Pregnancy Test Report?

On Saturday, July 15th, I took a Clear Blue digital test and it read positive. The next day I took a manual line test and tested negative. Yesterday, July 17th, I took 3 more dollar tree tests and all were negative. I m confused to why It read pregnant with the digital test. I ve read it s not likely to have a false negative. Please help me out here! Also, I m supposed to get my period on the 28th supposedly, since I track it on an app.

Urine pregnancy tests are not hundred percent accurate and false positive results can happen. You can go for a serum beta HCG which is a more reliable test and can confirm whether pregnant or not.
A high value of HCG over thousand confirms the pregnancy.
