What Causes Fat Like Lumps Under And Top Of The Feet And Have Osteoporosis?
I was diagnose with osteoporosis x 1 year after falling and landing on one foot with a cracking sound on the heal. An ex ray showed spurs and I have lost an inch in height. I noticed what looks like fat under both of my feet on the top of my feet. No pain but fatty lumps. ? Could it be.

Osteoporosis need following treatment.
1. Calcium and vitamin D3 one tablet daily
2. osteofos once a week
3. Milk without cream, egg,fish rich food
4.half hour daily sun bath
Fatty lumps are callocities, do not worry about them. Just wear soft foot wear.
