Hello Dear. Regarding swelling of your ankles sometimes it may be just due to prolonged standing and heavy work. The only remedy is limb elevation during sleeping, by keeping 2 pillows below leg. Crepe bandage may have to be tied to leg sometimes.

kindly check your blood pressure. Also you may need to undergo some blood tests to see your kidney functions and liver functions. Also get ECG, ECHO to see if there is any heart problem. Because ankle swelling may be seen in diseases of heart, liver and kidney.

Regarding stiffness of shoulders you might be having a condition called frozen shoulder. The tissues around the joint stiffen, scar tissue forms, and shoulder movements become difficult and painful. The condition usually comes on slowly, then goes away slowly over the course of a year or more.
Treatment for frozen shoulder usually starts with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and application of heat to the affected area, followed by gentle stretching. Ice and medicines (including corticosteroid injections) may also be used to reduce pain and swelling. And physical therapy can help increase your range of motion. A frozen shoulder can take a year or more to get better.

If treatment is not helping, surgery is sometimes done to loosen some of the tight tissues around the shoulder.

Kindly consult a physician for your ankle swelling and an orthopedician for your shoulder stiffness.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
