What Causes Fatigue And Abdominal Pain?

I have many symptoms, upper left pain, extreme fatigue after any activites, the next day I sleep all day. I am waking and either I dry heave or throw up bile. My bowel movments have been irregular, from lose stools to different color stools. I have had an xray, ctscan all came back negative. Back in March I did have a kidney infection, resulted in hosptialzation which during that time they found an enlarged spleen associated with the infection, was the diagnosis. The past month and a half have had worsening of the pain in my stomach and my skin has had a paleness. I will be having a ultrasound this week. Endoscopy at the end of May. Not sure what the next step would be, should I suggest my doctor hospialize me?
