What Causes Fatigue And Blood In Stools?

I'm 29 years old, been feeling very tired lately, upset stomach, trouble breathing, etc. Went to the bathroom after arriving home from work today and noticed a toilet full of bright red blood. I have no pains in my stomach, no itching, etc. Have no clue what it could be.

Hello,

Blood in Stool may be due to Fissure, fistulas, colitis or polyps or irritable bowel syndrome etcetera. Fatigue may be due to anemia, viral illness or hypothyroidism etcetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
