What Causes Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness While On Metoprolol Tartrate?
I am taking 12.5 of metotoprolol tarte 2 times a day and losartan potassium. My question: my pulse is 57-60 I have no energy, can t focus, generally just lethargic. Is this normal Also, I am sleepy and really have trouble going to sleep, feel like I am not getting enough sleep.

It is not related to metoprolol. If symptoms persists you have to consult a physician and get evaluated to rule out other conditions.
