What Causes Fatigue And Muscle Weakness?

I am suffering from early morning and daytime fatigue and muscle weakness. This improves from 6pm to nighttime. I recently have developed clear musoous phlegm throughout the day.I have learned to plan my routine in the evening window.Recently I have had episodes of orthostatic hypotention. My fbgs are normal. I have seen several doctors and noone has come up with any improvement. Thank you.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like fibromyalgia.
