What Causes Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath?

I had a bad fall from a horse this past Sunday. My head hit first and then the complete right side of my body. I was hospitalized until yesterday. I have deep trauma to tissue and muscle but no broken bones. The horse was running (canter not gallop) when another horse cut me off and the inertia took my balance. I fatigue easily and am a bit short of breath. Was there possible damage to lungs and heart?
