What Causes Fatigue And Swollen Lymph Node In Neck?

i have had a swollen lymph node in my neck for the past several months. Along with EXTREME fatigue. Ultrasound of the area and cat scan showed nothing noticeable. Not sure what to do next? Could it be heart related? Should I be seeing a vascular person?

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you had a swollen lymph node in neck for the past several months along with extreme fatigue. In my mind first thing came is to exclude tuberculosis. Best thing which exclude it and tell about diagnosis directly is lymph node biopsy of swollen lymph node in neck. You can visit an ENT or general surgeon fot it.You should get your ESR done. By present description it doesn't look like to be related to heart. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
