What Causes Fatigue, Bloating And Nausea With Severe Headache?

Yesterday I experienced rapid-onset of fatigue, bloating, nausea, and severe headache. It did ease up a little when I had some green tea. I was just wondering if this is a simple stomach bug or if it is something I should worry about? I am 26 years old, female, 110lbs and 5 feet, 2 inches tall.

Dear fatigue, nausea and bloating these are the general symptoms of many diseases. It may be due gastritis, viral fever, food poisoning or due caffeine in tea side effect or etc.
