What Causes Fatigue Following Physical Work?

I have seen a large number of physicians. I have a history: 44 years of diabetes 1, and survival of small cell lung cancer, diagnosed in 2003. I am currently afflicted with an overwhelming fatigue following physical work. Thus far, no endo, cardio, neuro, sleep, or gastric doctor has been able to improve my functionality or even make a diagnosis beyond the fact that I ve been through a lot, lucky to be alive, you re 65, etc.

Hi,

For how long do you exercise and how intense are your physical activity sessions? If you think you work more than you are actually able to cope with, please reduce it. We may not all be able to exercise for the same amount of time and intensity and you should probably not push yourself to extremes and more so if you cannot cope with. Keep it regular, moderate and to levels that you feel comfortable with. try stepping down on the intensity and let's see where that takes us to.

I hope this addresses your query fully. If need be, feel free to contact us again.
