What Causes Fatigue While On Metformin?
Hi I have been feeling very tired after 8 hours of sleep and also have been nauseated after eating. I have had a headache as well,this has been going on for a few days. Medications I take are metformin 500mg,Olmsted plus 20 mg,escitalopram 10 mg all once a day. I eat a balanced diet and work out with a trainer 2 xs a week. Plus I walk on the other days. I drink water all day. I don t drink or smoke. I usually feel good and have lots of energy so I need your opinion please.

Dear metformine chronic use may b12deficincy may lead to generalized weakness or anemia. People with renal failure may develop lactic acid accumulation. Escitlopram also cause drowsy and weakness.
So please just consult your doctor he will examine correct cause for your problem and treat you accordingly.
