I have a combination of symptoms. Fatigue, frequent bowel movements, and a few small bruise spots. I am a very active 77 year old woman. I take omeprazole, bupropion, escitalipram, low dose of atenalol, and baby adpirin. Last year I was quite sick with Lyme disease but tested negative,

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of Omeprazole.
