I have been feeling profund fatigue in the past couple of weeks. I work full time, and I get 8 hours of sleep a night, pkus when I get home I take a 2-3 hour nap. All I've been wanting to do is sleep. Plus, I've been nauseous and shaky. Those are all the symptoms I have but it's really affecting my quality of life. Currently I am being treating for Grave's disease, and taking anti-thyroid medications. (for about 2 years now) I have not had these symptoms until now.

What Causes Fatigue With Grave's Disease?
Hi welcome to HCM... Without knowing your dose of drug like propylthiouracil , tsh and t4 level to give more comment is difficult... Whenever drug started for hyperthyroid , regular monitoring of t4 , tsh level should be done esp at every 3 months. ... Here your symptoms related to hyperthyroid , so after reports and examination if needed your dose can be increased ... And if needed adjunct therapy with steroid or lugol s iodine might needed .... If patient not response to medical therapy than subtotal thyroidectomy like option needs to be think... Take care .. Advise : consult endocrinologist ...
