What Causes Fatigue,ringing In Ear And Dizziness?

i AM 65 YEAR OLD MALE AND I AM ALWAYS TIRED NO ENERGY. i HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND HAD ANGIOPLASTY 4 YEARS AGO. ALSO WAS TREATED FOR AN ACOUSTIC NEUROMA A FEW YEARS AGO WITH RADIATION. i ALWAYS HAVE RINGING IN THE EARS, DIZZINESS AND FATIGUE.

wHAT CAN I DO TO INCREASE MY ENERGY LEVEL?.

iS THERE A VITAMIN THAT I COULD TAKE ?.

Thanks for posting your query .

Dizziness and ringing sensation in ears is due to your previous Acoustic neuroma. Nothing much can be done for that . You can ask your doctor for a prescription of Vertin tablet , that shall give me some symptomatic relief .

Now coming to your fatigue , it could be due to many cause like Low Hemoglobin , Uncontrolled BP , Deteriorating heart function , Kidney problems , Vitamin deficiency , Thyroid problems .

I advise you to get certain test to evaluate what is the cause of your Fatigue.

CBC, TSH , Serum Creatinine , Serum Vitamin B12 , Serum Vitamin D3 ,
Get your BP checked and get 2D Echo scan done .

Kindly revert back with reports .
