What Causes Feathery Stool And Cramping Around Navel?

for the past 5 days, i have been experiencing feathery stool. I have not had a fever and i feel really god, but everything that I eat goes straight threw me and I notice a cramping around my navel area prior to having to go to the bathroom. This happens at least 6 times a day. I am well hydrated because i drink plenty of water (Smart water with electrolytes). Other than that, I am very healthy.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
IBS with D.
This could be from enteritis with diarrhea with dominance of mucus in it.Central cramping pain around naval indicates dominant intestinal infection,with mild colitis,causing feathery stool.
This seems to be from low grade enteritis with colitis-IBS-D.
Possibility of Amebic entertitis with colitis is more in such a case.
Outside / hotel /street food is the main cause of such illness.
Stool-Ova/Cyst would confirm.
