What Causes Feeling Full After Eating Little,lower Back Pain And Lump In Stomach?

hi there, i am 36 years old weighing 44 kls, i got this feeling of being full after meal even if i ate only a little, lower back pain, a lump in my stomach that is movable that when i press it its like it was lost, also i have itchy skin especially in the elbow...its been a year and im really troubled about it...please help...
