Stomach beating Hi. I'm 15 and I can feel a beating in my stomach, I'm overweight so its strange that I would. I've had other strange things happening also. my hands have constantly started shaking, headaches, being hot, tired, feeling sick. I do not know what is wrong with me??
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Your age being 15, you should first of all consult your parents and go to your primary Doctor for clinical evaluation, evaluation and investigations so that a proper cause of your different symptoms be found. The cause of the beating in stomach can be related to the abdominal aorta problems or there can be a mass above the aorta causing the symptoms. This mass may be causing the headache, shaking of hands and feeling sick. You will need extensive investigations of blood, stool and Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen as well as CT scan of the head. All these will give proper diagnosis and thus give a plan for management.
