What Causes Feeling Of Bleeding In Brain With Normal EKG?

Hi, I went to the doctors a few days ago because iv been exper anxiety dissorder and I got a ekg and everything the doctor said everything sounds good. And right now at this moment I m like worried because sometimes my brain feels like its bleeding. But today its been happing more often because I had a fear of having internal bleedingi don t have any of thoes symptoms for it.. So is this normal? I mean I m pretty sure the doc. Would have herd if I had it iv been experiancing this feeling for like a mont an a half but it doesn t last and its like only when I get worried about something an I m worried I have internal bleeding
