What Causes Feeling Of Movement In Lower Abdomen While Sneezing?

I'm 36, male, 5' 10", 250 lb. a little overweight and have a odd feeling when I sneeze. Feels like something is moving around sometimes in my lower abdomen on the left side, right above my waistline. I can't feel a hernia but maybe it is that. I get sensations sometimes in that spot from time to time also like something isn't right. I've had these feelings for years, what's your take? Thanks!

it could be gurgling bowel sounds
plz get an ultrasound abdomen done after a clinical exam. if its clear then you dont need to worry.
