hello doctor , I am srinvas and i am 26 years old, height 5.7 and weight 70kgs, I am feeling it as there is some thing in my head that moves like fluid . and I feel so drouzy and lazy, Last one year i am not getting cold also to sqeeze all the flum, how to remove the flum in my head

It is possible that you suffer from sinusitis. Imaging studies of your head and brain are necessary for a correct diagnosis (CT scan, brain MRI). You should also be evaluated by an ENT doctor and by a neurologist for a complete evaluation of your condition.
