What Causes Feeling Of Stomach Upset?
My boyfriend feels weak and doesn t feel like doing anything for the past few days after he got out of jail.. He s a very active guy usually from the time he wakes up till when he goes to bed. He says he has to suck in his stomach or it feels like he is going to throw up. Serious?

Hi.
The cause of continuous nausea, feeling suck in the stomach and weakness to the extent of doing nothing indicates that your boyfriend mat be suffering from gastritis.
I would advise him the following:
PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid 3 hourly.
Domperidone
IF this does not relieve his symptoms, he may need further upper GI endoscopy and tests of blood,stool and urine and further management as per the findings
