What Causes Feeling Vibrations In Lower Left Abdomen?

Since Saturday, I have been having these pulse-like feelings or vibrations in my lower left abdomen. I am currently ttc but I have taken 2 hpts, both say negative. It doesn't feel like gas, and I've never had these feelings before in my life. So I'm not sure what it is or what to think.
