What Causes Feelings Of Mouth Wetness?

The corners of my mouth constantly feel wet, and I feel like I have to wipe them or suck in to dry them. But when I touch them they don t really feel wet. This has happened on and off for the last year or so. It s so weird and annoying. Is it mental or physical? It sure feels real.
