Hello,

With such presentations in my clinic, I would first rule out if your condition has any relation to your heart or not so to confirm it you need a clinical examination and few tests which I recommend to my patients are ECG, ECHO, and a chest x-ray. Treatment depends upon the exact cause only. I may advise you to check your TSH level if it is normal or not as you have past history of taking pills. So nothing to be worried at all.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
