What Causes Fever Along With Watery Stools After Each Feed In An Infant?

My son is 9 months old have 100.7 f fever done vomiting twice having loose motions after evry feed, even stomach is sounding, white watery stool and very foul smell. Dr prescribed ondem before every meal and nutrolin b twice daily for five days. Please suggest wat to do he is taking feed but passing watery stool after every feed. Please suggest..

Hello,

I think he is having an gastrointestinal infection so he should get tested doing stool test. Keep him hydrated giving more water and fluids, Acetaminophen in case of fever. Continue treatment given by doctor.
