What Causes Watery Stool With Bloated Stomach And Belching?
I started having watery stools 15 hours ago. tried medicinal charcoal and bemotil (a anti diarrhea). watery stools continues unabated - just water spraying out of rectum. frequency is almost every hour and stomach gives out rumbling sound. color of watery stool is almost colorless except maybe traces of the med charcoal. no pain in abdomen. No fever. stomach feels bloated n some belching.

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrheal condition could be due to infection and it could be viral or bacterial in either of this case just wait for a day and do not take any medicine for checking the diarrhea because it is not good to check the diarrhea, but of course it is most important to take care for dehydration, if the symptom remains as it is then you can try Tab Ciprofloxacin with Ornidazole twice in day, hope this information helps.
