What Causes Fever And Lime Green Stool In A 5 Months Old?

y one month old daughter has been running a slight fever (100.1 rectal temp.); now her stool is lime green and very firm. She has taken only 2 doses of infant's tylenol (.04ml ea. dose) and is eating almost the same as normal. Should I worry about a viral infection?

Hello....any fever in less than 3 months old babies needs to be seen by a physician.
I suggest you get her examined by physician.
