What Causes Fever And Loss Of Appetite In An Infant?

Hi, My almost 11 month old son has a fever of 101 and has a loss of appetite. He is extremely lethargic and just wants to sleep. Can this be linked to teething? He popped his first tooth at 10 months, but was never lethargic and didn t have problems eating.

Hi
No it is not linked to teething , if baby is lethargic you need to consult your paediatrician urgently . For fever you can give paracetamol.

thanks
