What Causes Fever And Running Nose With No Appetite?
Hello, my 19 months old son has tiny pink colored spots on the in and outside of his feet. He has been running a fever 39.5 Celsiu,s when medication wears off, for two days. He has no appetite For solids. It started of about 5 days ago with a running nose. What could this be? Thanks, Peter.

This is viral fever and rash is viral exanthe.Most probably hand foot mouth disease. It is self limiting.What is required is good hydration by giving adequate liquids.Rash may take 3-5 days more to go.If fever enters fourth day or if fever disappears but weakness persists then consult your doctor
