What Causes Fever And Vomiting With Reduced Appetite?
My daughter had a fever a few times within maybe 48 hrs. Then she started vomiting. She vomited maybe 3 times the first day and didn't eat or drink much then she was fine the next day but reduced appetite..took fluids..then again this morning she vomited but no fever in last 2 days...i'm thinking it's just a stomach bug ...seems completely random

It is an intestine infection through some bacteria or virus. In our clinic we recommend
- Maintenance of hydration
- Antiemetic syrup or dispersible tablet
- Gastrointestinal (GI) antibiotic according to the clinical severity
- Antipyretic as paracetamol on a fever scale basis
